Payment process
Payment is required 48 hours prior to the appointment to secure the session. Unfortunately, if payment is not made within this time, the session will not go ahead.
If you are requesting an appointment through the contact me form, you will be sent payment details upon booking.
Once in treatment, you will be given access to an online booking platform where you can choose suitable appointment times, if this is a preferred option over a consistent time on a weekly basis. If you are using the online booking system, payment is taken at the time of booking to secure the session.

Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment without incurring a charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will be charged half the cost of the session (£50), appointments that are missed without notice are charged the full rate (£100).
If a health insurance company is paying for your treatment, they may make you liable for the charge.

Appointments are available to those aged 18+
CBT therapy of this nature is not suitable for people in crisis, please contact your GP surgery, or contact or attend your local A&E, should you need urgent support.

Amy O'Connor CBT Therapy is located within a business centre called 'Nammu Workplace' at Grapes House, Esher. The building houses separate companies that are not connected. Therefore, should you wish to contact Amy, please do so by email at amy@amyoconnorcbt.co.uk.
79a Grapes House is suitably located on Esher Highstreet. It is a quaint, Grade II listed building, originally built in the 17th century. It can be easily identified by its white exterior. It is a 32-minute walk from Esher Station.
The building does not have a waiting area. Clients are therefore asked to arrive at their appointment time, they will be promptly greeted by Amy at the entrance.
Parking:
There is some free parking available directly on Esher High-Street. Alternatively, there are paid car parks close by, such as, Berguette car park, Highwaymans Cottage car park, Heather Place car park and the Civic Centre car park.
Waitrose, a 4-minute walk-away, has a car park that offers 1.5 hours free parking, should this be more convenient.
Accessibility:
The building has stairs to the first floor where the therapy room is located. For any mobility difficulties, online sessions are recommended.
