Payment process
Payment is required 48 hours prior to the appointment to secure the session. Unfortunately, if payment is not made within this time, the session will not go ahead.
If you are requesting an appointment through the contact me form, you will be sent payment details upon booking.
If you are using the online booking system, payment is taken at the time of booking to secure the session.

Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment without incurring a charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will be charged half the cost of the session (£50), appointments that are missed without notice are charged the full rate (£100).
If a health insurance company is paying for your treatment, they may make you liable for the charge.

Appointments are available to those aged 18+
CBT therapy of this nature is not suitable for people in crisis, please contact your GP surgery, or contact or attend your local A&E, should you need urgent support.

Nicholson House is a 5-minute walk from Weybridge Highstreet and a 25-minute walk from Weybridge station.
Directions:
With Waitrose in the Highstreet on the left-hand side, you should continue walking to Monument Green and from there the road leads into Thames Street. Nicholson House is just aside Lincoln Grove, and the building has distinctive blue doors.
The building is a business centre that is externally managed so upon arrival please take a seat in the waiting area where you will be collected.
Parking:
There is plenty of free street parking both on Thames Street and a road close by named Portmore Park Road.
Alternatively, there are paid car parks close by, such as, Monument Hill car park, Baker Steet car park, Monument court car park or Churchfield Road car park.
Morrisons and Waitrose nearby also have car parks should this be more convenient.
